Vendors Reviews Policy:
- Feedback reviews provided by Buyers while completing an order are an essential part of Attai ‘s rating system. Reviews demonstrate the Buyer’s overall experience with the Seller/Service Providers and their service. Buyers are encouraged to communicate to the Seller/Service Provider any concerns experienced during their active order in regard to the service provided by the Seller/Service Provider.
- Leaving a Buyer’s feedback is a basic prerogative of a Buyer. Feedback reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of our Terms of Service.
- To prevent any misuse of our Feedback system, all feedback reviews must come from legitimate sales executed exclusively through the Attai platform from users within our Community. Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance Seller/Service Provider ratings, or to abuse the Attai platform with purchases from additional accounts, will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts in addition to all appropriate legal procedures with the situation.
- Feedback comments given by Buyers are publicly displayed on a Seller/Service Provider’s Page.
- Withholding the delivery of services, files, or information required to complete the Service’s service with the intent to gain favorable reviews or additional services is prohibited.
- Responding and posting a review:
Once work is delivered, the Buyer has three days to respond. If no response is provided within the response period, the order will be considered completed.
- Users are allowed to leave reviews on orders up to 10 days after an order is marked as complete. No new reviews may be added to an order after 10 days.
- Seller/Service Providers may not solicit the removal of feedback reviews from their Buyers through mutual cancellations.
Refunds & Changes
- In the event that the order is canceled 3 hours in the Qatari market and in other markets, Attai will refund the amount to the customer through his page on the site of Attai within 14 days from the date of order, if the cancellation process through the official email Attai .
- If the cancellation takes place after 3 hours in the Qatari market or in other markets, Attai will not accept this cancellation and the full amount will be deducted from the customer.
- Attai is not responsible for replacing the goods within the Qatari market.
- In other markets, Attai will assist in the process of replacing the goods provided that the customer will bear the costs of the replacement.
- In the event the products are not accepted by the Customer due to any wrong / damaged products dispatched, then the same shall be replaced by the Vendor at no extra cost to the aggrieved customer. Since Attai is a Facilitator, the Vendor hereby authorizes Attai to entertain all claims of return of the Product in the mutual interest of the Vendor as well as the Customer.
- Vendor shall be solely responsible for any dispute that may be raised by the customer relating to the goods, merchandise and services provided by the Vendor
Incase of delay order, the individual can contact Attai or the vendor to know the reasons. The delay issue can be a part on the evaluations for the vendor.
Out of Stock
Vender shall update order status as soon as possible, If the goods are out from stock, the vender working in the Qatari market must inform the customer Within 12 hours of application submission, as for vender outside Qatari market has 24 hours to inform the customer, otherwise be liable to bear all the cost and claims (including cost of legal proceedings, cost of attorneys, claims, etc.).
